What Document360 does well

Document360 provides knowledge-base authoring, publishing, search, and AI assistance for documentation. It is relevant for teams building a dedicated customer help center or managing substantial product documentation.

When SOPFlow fits your workflow

SOPFlow brings browser capture and public sharing into a workspace built around operational ownership. Procedures can remain connected to team structure, version review, training, and runs instead of ending at the publishing step.

Compare the same work, not just the feature list

Yes: Document360 supports an internal knowledge base and SOP documentation. The decision is how you need to publish knowledge and carry a procedure into daily work.

What to weigh before switching

Compare advanced documentation publishing, search, customization, and localization needs carefully. SOPFlow has managed SOP links and a help center, but that does not mean its publishing tools match every dedicated knowledge-base feature.

Try a useful side-by-side pilot

Choose a procedure used internally and shared externally. Check the reader experience, publishing controls, and version maintenance. Then test how SOPFlow connects the internal procedure to training and repeatable work.

Bring over one current procedure by pasting its text into document import, or capture the browser workflow again. Check formatting, links, attachments, permissions, and approval history separately; importing content does not migrate another platform’s complete history.

Before you move your team

  1. Can a teammate find the right procedure and complete the task without the author guiding every step?
  2. Can the owner review a change and trace which version a training assignment or run used?
  3. Do the plan limits, capture coverage, access controls, and remaining manual steps fit your requirements?
