Employee Onboarding Software Connected to Your SOPs
SOPFlow helps operations teams turn their procedures into role-specific learning. Connect a new teammate with the instructions they need, assign training and quizzes, and review the result with their manager. Use it when onboarding needs to stay connected to maintained operating procedures.

1. Choose the role and current instructions
Identify the manager, maintaining team and procedures the person actually needs. Confirm access separately; an org-chart role does not itself grant permission. Start with one task the learner should perform. Use SOPFlow AI to draft the instructions for one role, then have its manager check the steps before assigning training.
2. Assign training and check understanding
Create an SOP-based training assignment against the intended procedure content. Use questions to check decisions and exceptions, not only whether a person opened the page. Keep the completion record available for review.
3. Observe a practical result
Give the learner a fictional customer account to hand off. Ask them to verify the contact, confirm a receiving owner and record the next action. The manager reviews the output and decides whether more practice is needed.
4. Keep learning aligned with changes
When a procedure changes, review its impact on the role. Assign updated training where appropriate while preserving earlier training context. A completed quiz is one input to readiness, not automatic authorization for every task.
An example to try
Example: a customer success coordinator first reviews CS-001, then completes a sample handoff. The manager checks the ordinary path and a missing-contact exception. Record the procedure reference, practice outcome, unresolved questions and readiness decision. These are fictional example records, not a customer result.

What to verify before choosing
SOPFlow is built around procedures and operational learning. Confirm your requirements for specialist course formats, formal qualifications, HR provisioning and integrations before choosing a system. Training and AI allowances vary by plan.
