Customer Handoff Software for Clear Ownership
SOPFlow gives Sales, Customer Success and operations teams a shared procedure for passing work to the next person. Document the acceptance criteria, assign responsibility and use a run to record what happened. It is useful when a message or assigned name alone does not show that the receiving team accepted the work.

1. Define when the handoff is ready
List the required contact, agreed scope, source record and outstanding commitments. Make missing information a decision to resolve before transferring the task. Use SOPFlow AI to structure existing handoff notes into a draft, then confirm the receiving owner and exception rules.
2. Capture and review the browser steps
Record a short workflow with example data, then review the draft. Add the receiving role, acceptance check and escalation rule that clicks alone cannot explain. Review screenshots before import.
3. Record acceptance and the next action
Use the procedure in a run. Record the receiving owner, next action and due date. If no owner is available, leave the handoff open and route it to the named lead.
4. Review recurring handoff problems
Inspect missing fields and clarification requests. Revise the maintained procedure when the same issue recurs, and decide whether affected teammates need updated training.
An example to try
Example: Sales prepares Demo Account 104. Customer Success confirms the contact and scope, accepts the handoff and schedules a welcome call. The record includes the source reference, receiving owner, next action and due date. A second example deliberately omits the contact so the team can test the exception path.

What to verify before choosing
SOPFlow does not replace every customer database or automatically establish an integration with your CRM. Keep the system of record clear and test access, links and any integration you require. The example demonstrates a process, not a measured conversion or productivity claim.
