Who is SOPFlow for?
Teams that need repeatable procedures with clear owners: operations, customer success, people teams, quality teams, and growing businesses. Start with one frequently repeated task and expand as the team adopts it.
How is workspace access controlled?
SOPFlow scopes workspace data by organization and checks access on the server. Roles, capabilities, and team assignments determine what a person can do. Administrators should review access and sharing settings as the team changes.
How do procedures stay current?
Assign an owning team, edit a draft, request review, and publish the approved version. Use review periods and work queues to identify procedures that need attention. Review is a team responsibility; a status alone does not establish accuracy.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Create a free workspace without a credit card. Free is an ongoing plan with AI tools, recorder processing and PDF export within its capacity limits. Paid plans provide more capacity and additional features.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite teammates from user management and assign roles and team scope. User limits depend on your workspace plan.
Can I capture desktop applications?
The current SOP Recorder captures supported browser workflows through a Chrome extension. Native desktop application recording is not currently released.
Can I bring existing procedures?
Yes. Paste existing procedure text into AI document import within your workspace’s AI allowance, then check the resulting phases and steps. Review links, files, and responsibilities separately. This is content import, not a complete migration of another platform’s permissions or history.
How does SOP Recorder work?
Start recording, perform a task on a supported website, and stop. SOPFlow uses captured interactions and screenshots to prepare editable draft steps. Review them, choose the useful steps, and import them into an SOP phase. Add missing context and obtain approval before relying on the procedure.
Are AI drafting and recorder processing unlimited?
All plans include every AI tool, including recorder refinement. Free includes 50,000 tokens per week, Starter 250,000, Pro 1,000,000, and Enterprise unlimited. Tokens are shared by the workspace and reset Monday at 00:00 UTC without rollover or automatic overage charges.
